Ground handling is an integral part of airline operations. IATA strives to lead the industry towards improved safety and operational efficiency in ground handling by setting standards, initiating and encouraging the implementation of global solutions. In Aviation, the term "ground handling" refers to the wide range of services provided to facilitate an aircraft flight or aircraft ground repositioning, preparation for and upon conclusion of a flight which will include both customer service and ramp service functions.

In our 3 Steps academy airport ground staffs are trained in the core areas as below. Course consists of 24 classes spread over a 60 working days and is estimated to take up to 36hours to complete the entire course module.

Ground Staff Jobs Requirement

The minimum qualification required to work for ground staff jobs are minimum 10+2 candidates pursuing graduation or graduates. The candidate must be within the age group of 18-27. Ground staff should also have an impressive skillset:
